                                         Ana and Richard Blank

Ana and Richard Blank have been an integral part of carrying out our mission for over 20 years. They have dedicated their time and resources to ensuring that 180 is here for your friends and neighbors in need 24 hours a day. They are also strong supporters of other charitable efforts including the Jackie Robinson Foundation, The Visiting Nurse Association and the VNA's Hospice Program, CPC Behavioral Healthcare, Open Heart Yoga, and Monmouth Medical Center along with many other important community causes. They are committed to the community and volunteer their time and resources to make a positive impact.   Richard has been a stalwart supporter of 180, chairing Golf & Tennis outings for many years and hosting awareness events at their home to introduce friends and colleagues to 180's life-saving mission.  Joined by his dynamic wife, Ana, she has served on the Board of Trustees for over 10 years in several capacities; as Vice President, as Nominating Committee Chair and on the Development Committee.  Together, they are a team second to none. When he is not dedicating himself to charities, Richard is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Equities at BTIG. Richard leads a team of global traders and sales traders across the U.S., Europe, Asia and Australia. They are the proud parents of Winston, who attends Choate Rosemary Hall and will be attending Lafayette College, Easton, PA in the fall of 2023, and dedicate their leisure time to attending his golf competitions all over the country. It is an honor to be recognizing this very deserving couple at this year's 180 Gala.

Since 1902, OceanFirst Bank N.A. has helped families and businesses realize their financial dreams. OceanFirst was formed as the Point Pleasant Building and Loan by a small group of business leaders interested in providing financing to their neighbors so they could build homes. The Bank initially offered traditional savings deposit and mortgage loan products to their neighbors in our local communities; however, this has grown over the years to include commercial loans, checking accounts, and digital banking and treasury management services, along with trust and asset management services.
At OceanFirst, we are very proud of our 120+ year history and long-standing commitment to the communities we serve. Although our name has changed several times throughout our history to reflect our growth and mission, one thing remains the same - OceanFirst's commitment to helping our neighbors. We do this by providing competitive products and services to meet our customers' ever-changing financial needs and delivering these products with extraordinary, personalized service.
The Bank also encourages employee volunteerism and, when our staff is out supporting non-profit organizations and helping our neighbors, we call our employees the WaveMakers. The OceanFirst WaveMakers volunteer thousands of hours every year to help in our communities.
In 1996, in conjunction with our initial public offering (IPO) OceanFirst became the first bank in the country to establish a Foundation at the time of conversion from mutual to stock ownership. OceanFirst Foundation is an independent nonprofit organization, and since established 26 years ago, has provided over 9,000 grants totaling more than $45 million to local charities and has become the template for over 90 banks throughout the country who have followed this IPO model: thereby resulting in millions of people in need benefitting from this OceanFirst initiative.
Today, OceanFirst has almost 1,000 employees and is a $12.7 billion regional bank providing financial services throughout New Jersey and the major metropolitan markets of Philadelphia, New York, Baltimore, and Boston. OceanFirst is one of the largest and oldest community-based financial institutions headquartered in New Jersey. For more information, please visit www.oceanfirst.com.
